The first 3 times I was there was a wonderful experience until today when I called in to the office to inquire about a claim, the receptionist I spoke to wasn't understanding me, I knew this when I verified what she was saying and instead of listening just kept talking which I now know is because she LOVES the sound of her own voice so she kept taking despite not knowing what I was talking about and when I hung up called me back and when I tried to speak said to me "DO NOT speak or we won't help you". I hung up again and called head office, I have now realized they only want money and don't care about patients, I wish them well with that kind of thinking.
