Terrible orthodontist, poor quality in workmanship, and poor operating facility. I highly suggest you find a better dentist elsewhere for the same price, if not cheaper. He is the only orthodontist/dentist and the owner, the wait is long, the overall dental room is awkward (large room with 4 seats side by side, open space and he seats clients right beside each other and has them wait for him to finish with other clients), 2 employees total including himself on a regular day, and 3 on a "busy" day (an obvious sign to run the other way from his business, obviously not doing well), he isn't kind, has a snooty attitude, talks rudely about others when operating on a client, unprofessional, overall very impatient environment, operates on their own hours -- unavailable when needed (emergencies without an appointment, usually closed on wednesday, or days when they don't have any clients with appointments), high rates for a very old fashion operation, including old tools, practices and methods. My son's results are poor, and so is the quality of the entire business. I am giving this review because nobody should have to pay for his services, when there are many other inferior options for an orthodontist for the same price (maybe even less than what dr singer is charging). Believe me or not, take what you want from this review -- from one parent to another. |
