I have been going to Dr. Rahemtulla & Associates for several years now. The level of care and service I have received is outstanding. All the dentists are knowledgeable, kind and gentle and they run the clinic with a great deal of pride and integrity. The entire staff is welcoming and thorough with all dental procedures I have received. Would and have highly recommended their clinic to people looking for a dentist in Edmonton. |

Dr. Rahemtulla has been the dentist provider for my family for the last 10 years. She has always provided excellent service and fair billing. There have never been any billing issues. |

I have been a patient of Gulnar's for 18 years now. They are always happy to see me and address my concerns. I think there care is amazing and I've never wanted had an issue. Gulnar takes time to explain and inform me of my concerns regarding my teeth. I feel like family when I'm at the clinic. I've gotten to know Gabe, Tracy and Gulnar quite well and they are wonderful. If you need a dentist that's gonna treat you like a friend and not just a patient, I recommend this office 100% |

I've always had friendly and very professional experience. Hygienists Alka and Lydia provide excellent care. Thank you for great service Dr. Gulnar. |

Earlier today I went in for a cleaning. The so called hygienist, spent the entire hour cleaning my lower teeth, over and over again. At the end, she claimed that I needed to book a second appointment to get the top teeth cleaned, and a third one to polish them. I was shocked to hear this as I would expect a professional to communicate this important information prior to the appointment - especially if it will increase my expenses. She rudely responded that "[she's] not a psychic". The poor service and lack of work ethic baffled me. Even if she claims that it is a standard procedure, I'm not an hygienist. The customer should always be completely informed. Surely, it is convenient that they would be able to bill my insurance multiple times. Not fraud, but it is definitely a scam. |

Never been treated by Dr Rahemtulla. Other dentists in practice are good. The problem is the front desk and their billing practices. I was in their clinic in July and insurance was billed directly. There was some problem with codes. I came back to clinic. Judy at front desk asked to sign another insurance documents. After few days I went online to check the status of my claim and found out she has added another $72 to the claim. I went back to their practice and was told that she might forgot to add charges in the first place and was told to talk to office manager who happens to be Rahemtulla's husband. Again called them and this time there was some sensible lady and she agreed that Judy should not add additional charges without informing me and offered to take back the charges. I paid The difference and settled the account. Again went to got my tooth extracted. Paid my portion and the receptionist folded the invoice and gave to me. I checked the invoice in the evening and was surprised to find the in addition to tooth extraction and exam fee of $207 the invoice is showing another $503 billed to insurance. I called the office again and there was some dumb Shantellle on the receptionist. I asked her how can they are so stupid to commit insurance fraud on one person again. She hanged up. I drove back to the clinic and told all the patients sitting in their waiting room to check their invoices as this office is frauding the insurance companies. This dumb ass even refused to look into file to let me know what these charges are and told me that this shit is caused by people working in the morning shift. They don't clean my mess and I will not clean their and meet or call the office manager who is husband of shit Gulnar. It is hard to believe that these guys are Not busted by insurance companies. |
