I had been a client at this office for 20 years. My parents had been clients and naturally that's where they used to take us. In my experience, I've always had to wait before my appointment for at least 20 minutes when getting there. Going into adult hood I wanted to make an appointment on a Saturday and they denied me "saying I am unable to make appointments on a Saturday because you had missed an appointment on a Saturday 5 years earlier" when I was 16years old! That being said...I've since left that practice and found a great dentist right across the hall (Meadowvale Dental)where your appointment time is when you actually book to see the dentist and I am not told what days I can and cannot book an appointment
