| Procter was my dentist many years ago until he became rough and verbally abusive to mi. went out of his office after he was doing a root canal and had the work completed by another dentist after he became verbally combative to me for taking up his time in an emergency as a result of a procedure he started. I wondered about his mental stability. My advice would be to be very cautious of this man.Good luck | ||
