Dr. Cumandra is a easy-going and genuine dentist who has over 30+ years experience. He knows people are afraid of dentists and his demeanour and expertise puts you at ease. He patiently and clearly explained what he was going to do, how and why. It was impressive; the attention to detail and careful explanation is very welcomed.
I returned for a hygiene appointment, Sara is a professional! Where I used to go, can not compare. Sara was not put off by my fear nor did she give me a hard time. She did her job, and did it efficiently and completely. The hygienist where I used to go, barely touched my teeth and could not wait to be finished with me, leaving visible tartar. Sara was so sweet and nice. I had a very good experience.
Not only is the technical staff excellent, so is the front staff. They exude warmth over the phone and in person. The receptionist goes above and beyond her job. She takes care of my insurance and I only pay the difference. So wonderful to be treated in this considerate way. I could not be happier with them.
