One of the worst experiences of my life in which they apparently believe they should make baseless accusations of their patients and accuse them of trying to get free services when the repair they did less than a month ago breaks in the course of eating an apple (even though nothing was ever said when booking the appointment about an expectation of free service and until they called back accusing me of trying to get it fixed for free I had been operating under the assumption that I was paying for a service being rendered). They never asked what caused the repair to break but did proceed to make assumptions from a conversation that was NEVER had which saw me reduced to tears as I had to defend myself against false accusations as Stephanie was accusing me of causing the break and claimed this were noted in my file, although the things she claimed were also NEVER said since no conversation ever occurred explaining what had happened. The whole experience was horrible and left me in tears as she condescended to me like I was some sort of an idiot as opposed to a patient who was experiencing severe pain and needed to see a dentist. I have never experience such poor customer service, I've always enjoyed visiting the dentist but in the span of twenty minutes King East Dental managed to ruin that all for me, I will never come back here and will be sure to tell anyone who asks for a referral that there are millions of dentists across the city who won't treat paying customers like lepers.
